UK deliveries

please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

postage is a flat rate of £2.95 via Royal Mail. it’s free shipping for orders over £45, use THANKYOU code at checkout. or free pick up from the Turriff area.

international shipping

if you are overseas, please get in touch with us so we can provide with an international shipping quote, be sure to take into account the local customs or duty charges that are the responsibility of the recipient.

returns

we hope you’ll love your order but we do accept returns* within 14 days provided the goods are in the original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. please email us so we can provide you with the return address. we’ll offer an exchange or a refund once the items are safely received with us, please note the buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items and we suggest you use a tracked service for peace of mind as we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

*exceptions + non-returnable items / please note some goods cannot be returned such as food, flowers or personal care products.

damages / all orders are carefully packaged but if a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please email us so we can help out.
